Terms of Use of ZedScript Automações LTDA

Welcome to the FaceDojo platform, operated by ZedScript Automações LTDA ("we" or "company"), a company registered under CNPJ No. 60.720.358/0001-10, headquartered at Rua Pais Leme, 215 Conjunto 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo - SP, ZIP: 05424-150. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. OBJECT

1.1. This Term regulates the use of the FaceDojo platform, including all its functionalities and services, as described in this document.

1.2. The platform is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited use license, according to the terms specified herein.

1.3. FaceDojo offers functionalities that include:

• Automatic facial recognition for attendance control
• Smart student engagement reports
• Martial arts academy management via WhatsApp
• Photo album and training history

1.4. ZedScript Automações reserves the right to make improvements, updates and changes to the platform, with prior notification to the user, if they impact contracted services or charged values.

2. REGISTRATION AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. To use the services, the user must:

• Be over 18 years old or have legal authorization from a guardian
• Provide true, complete and updated information during the registration process

2.2. The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials
• Immediately notifying FaceDojo about unauthorized use of their account
• Using the platform ethically and legally

2.3. It is prohibited to:

• Share credentials with third parties
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt any manipulation or unauthorized access to the system
• Send offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third party rights

3. VALUES AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1. Values and payment conditions are described on our website and are processed through the Stripe platform.

3.2. In case of payment delay, monetary correction according to the IPCA/IBGE index, interest of 1% per month and a fine of 2% on the outstanding amount will be applied.

3.3. Access to the platform will be automatically blocked in case of default, without the need for prior notification.

3.4. Values are subject to automatic annual adjustments based on the IPCA/IBGE index.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1. ZedScript Automações is not responsible for:

• Commercial results obtained from using the platform
• Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or external factors
• Business decisions based exclusively on data provided by the platform
• Failures in third-party integrations (WhatsApp, etc.)

4.2. The company's responsibility is limited to the amounts paid by the user in the last 12 months prior to the event that gave rise to the responsibility.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

5.1. This Term is valid for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice.

5.2. The Term may be terminated immediately:

• For breach of any clause of this Term
• In case of non-payment
• For inappropriate use of the platform

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. All rights related to the FaceDojo platform, including improvements, updates and functionalities, are the exclusive property of ZedScript Automações LTDA.

6.2. The user may not perform reverse engineering, unauthorized copies, sublicense or use the platform for illegal purposes.

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7.2. The user is responsible for using the data entered on the platform lawfully and in compliance with LGPD.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

8.1. ZedScript Automações may update these Terms of Use by notifying the user. Changes take effect 10 days after notification.

8.2. If the user does not agree with the changes, they may terminate the contract without penalty within the notification period.

9. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

9.1. This Term is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

9.2. The jurisdiction of São Paulo is elected to resolve any issues arising from this Term.
