Welcome to the FaceDojo platform, operated by ZedScript Automações LTDA ("we", "company").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

ZedScript Automações LTDA, registered under CNPJ No.

60.720.358/0001-10, based in São Paulo - SP, operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. OBJECT

  • Regulation of the use of the FaceDojo platform and services.
  • Non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited use license.
  • Features: Facial recognition, engagement reports, WhatsApp management and secure storage.
  • Continuous improvements and updates by the company.

2. REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The user must have legal capacity to contract.
  • Provision of true and updated information.
  • Maintenance of access credentials confidentiality.
  • Ethical and legal use of the platform, prohibited account sharing or use for illegal purposes.

3. PAYMENTS

  • Processing via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • Default generates 1% monthly interest, 2% fine and correction by IPCA.
  • Automatic suspension of access in case of non-payment.
  • Periodic values adjustments according to the market.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not responsible for commercial results or failures in external integrations (e.g., WhatsApp).
  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties.
  • Liability limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

  • Indefinite term with unmotivated termination upon 30 days notice.
  • Immediate termination for breach of terms or default.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Exclusive rights of ZedScript Automações LTDA.
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying prohibited.

7. DATA PROTECTION (LGPD + GDPR)

  • Data processing according to Privacy Policy.
  • Biometric data use restricted to attendance control.
  • User's responsibility for the legality of student data entered.

8. RIGHTS AND DELETION

  • Access, correction and deletion of personal and biometric data.
  • Consent revocation and portability.
  • Handling of requests according to legal deadlines.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Data may be stored globally with appropriate safeguards (SCCs) and LGPD compliance.

10. CHANGES AND FORUM

Terms updatable with 10 days notice for relevant changes. The forum of the Comarca of São Paulo - SP is elected for conflict resolution under Brazilian laws.
